Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GCBottle website, operated by Green Cove Liquor, 1305 N Orange Ave, Suite 141, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol. By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required and checked at pickup and on every delivery. We will refuse to hand over alcohol — and cancel and refund the order — if valid ID cannot be presented, if the ID does not match the purchaser, or if the recipient appears intoxicated. This is Florida law, and we take it seriously.

• In-store pickup— we’ll email you (with your order code) when your order is packed and ready. Bring your ID and order code.
• Local delivery — available in our local delivery area for a flat fee shown at checkout. The person receiving the order must be 21+ with valid ID.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example, when an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.
• Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled and refunded, less any applicable restocking handling permitted by law.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. While we work hard to keep the catalog accurate, product images, descriptions, and prices may occasionally contain errors; where a listed price is materially wrong, we’ll contact you before charging a different amount or cancel and refund.

Florida law restricts returns of alcoholic beverages. We accept returns of alcohol only where permitted — such as a product that is spoiled or defective, or an order fulfilled in error. Non-alcohol items may be returned unopened within 14 days with a receipt. To start a return, contact us using the details below.

You may optionally create an account or sign in with Google to speed up checkout. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms, including any attempt to purchase alcohol for a person under 21.

• Do not use the site if you are under 21.
• Do not attempt to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 21.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, scrape it at abusive volume, or attempt to access other customers’ information.

The GCBottle name, logo, site design, and content are our property or used with permission. Product names, images, and brands remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please enjoy alcohol responsibly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clay County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
