GCBottle is the online storefront of Green Cove Liquor, a family-owned liquor store located at 1305 N Orange Ave, Suite 141, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy describes what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what we need to take and fulfill your order:

• Contact details— your name, email address, and phone number, provided at checkout, used to confirm your order and tell you when it’s ready.
• Order details — the items you purchase, order totals, fulfillment preference (in-store pickup or local delivery), and a delivery address when you choose delivery.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our servers, and we never see or store it.
• Sign-in information — if you sign in with a Google account, we receive your basic profile information (name and email address) from Google. We use it only to identify your account and contact you about your orders. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access any other Google account data.
• Technical basics — like most websites, our hosting provider processes IP addresses and browser information in server logs for security and reliability.

• Processing, fulfilling, and communicating about your orders
• Sending order confirmations and pickup-ready notifications
• Verifying that purchasers meet the legal age requirement of 21+
• Preventing fraud and securing our website
• Complying with laws that apply to alcohol retailers in Florida

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run the store, and we share with each only the minimum necessary:

• Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting
• Supabase — order status tracking database
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, pickup notifications)
• Google — optional account sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use your Google name and email to operate your account and communicate about orders; we never transfer this information to third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we never use it for advertising; and no humans read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: keeping your cart, remembering your sign-in session, and remembering preferences like dark mode. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Order records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and alcohol-sale compliance purposes. If you’d like us to delete your account information, contact us using the details below and we’ll honor the request except where the law requires us to keep specific records.

Our products are intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and valid ID is checked at pickup or delivery for every order containing alcohol.

• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Transactional emails (order confirmations, pickup notifications) are sent only in connection with orders you place.
• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account’s security settings.

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
